The Hanbury Street scheme is a mixed-use development of nine new-build flats and 414 sq m of commercial space. The client aimed to achieve Code Level 4 for the residential properties, and our BREEAM Pre-Assessment identified the potential for an Excellent rating for the commercial space. We helped to achieve a 12% improvement over Building Regs minimums and a 21% reduction in CO2 emissions via renewables installations.
