The St. Goerges Avenue scheme is a flat and house development of 91 new build units. The client has to achieve a BREEAM Multi Residential Very Good rating for 36 of the flats which will be keyworker housing for hospital staff. We are carrying out the BREEAM Assessments and the SAPs.
