We are very pleased to announce a new relationship between Barratt Homes in Exeter and ourselves. Our first major project with them will be at North Prospect, Plymouth. The project cosists of 237 new homes as part of a regeneration scheme in the centre of Plymouth City. The homes will be built to CSH3 and CSH4 levels and the scheme will have a 15% renewable energy target. This is a very forward thinking relationship and we envisage it will put Barratt Exeter in an excellent position when meeting higher levels of the CSH, renewable energy targets and ever more stringent thermal performance standards.
