We are very proud to be founder members of the Passivhaus Trust and we firmly believe that Passivhaus principles will be increasingly incorporated into Building Regulations as we move towards the zero carbon targets for new build in 2016.

We have been accredited by the Passivhaus Institute and are Certified European Passivhaus Consultants.
We are now working on a range of Passivhaus and “near” Passivhaus projects:
- 24 new build flats and 1 house in Exeter
- new build 5 bed Vicarage in Thornton Heath
- 3 new build affordable houses in Long Sutton, Somerset
Our latest project however is very exciting and is a collaboration with Axis Design Architects in Birmingham where we have designed an affordable Passivhaus concept specifically to reduce build costs. We have a project website www.affordablepassivhaus.info and we will be launching the concept at an event in Birmingham on 21st February 2012.
