Bryce Lodge is a 38-unit scheme of which 12 houses will be built to Passivhaus and Code 4 standards and the rest to Code 5. The project required extensive modelling under SAP and Passivhaus to arrive at a suitable mix of technologies to meet the renewable energy requirements. Our proposed solution combined gas boilers, photovoltaic arrays, solar thermal systems and heat recovery ventilation. Brooks Devlin collaborated with Passivhaus experts Warm Associates to provide cost effective solutions to these demanding standards.
